How we handle the personal data of everyone who deals with CT4.

This policy explains how CT4 Produtos Digitais LTDA (CT4 Educação), CNPJ 44.617.897/0001-72, referred to here as "CT4", handles the personal data of customers, students, prospects and anyone who talks to us on WhatsApp, on our website or through our sales platforms, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018, LGPD).

1. Data we collect

  • Identification and contact: name, email, mobile number and, for purchases, CPF or CNPJ (Brazilian tax IDs) and address.
  • Purchases: product, amount, payment method and order status, received from the payment platforms.
  • WhatsApp conversations: the messages you send us (text, audio, images and files), your profile name, the identifiers Meta shares with us and the messages we send you.
  • Relationship: service history, interests and negotiation progress.
  • Website forms: the data you fill in.

We have no access to your WhatsApp password or to your conversations with other people.

2. How we use it

  • To serve you, before and after your purchase.
  • To deliver the products and provide support.
  • To send messages about your order, your account or an ongoing conversation.
  • To send offers, until you ask us to stop.
  • To meet legal and tax obligations and prevent fraud.

Processing is based on the performance of a contract, legitimate interest, compliance with legal obligations and, where applicable, your consent.

3. Automated service and artificial intelligence

Part of our WhatsApp service is handled by artificial intelligence assistants. To reply, they read the conversation. Audio messages are transcribed and images are described automatically. If you prefer, ask to talk to a person.

4. Who we share it with

  • Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform), to exchange messages.
  • Google (Google Cloud and Gemini), to store files and for artificial intelligence processing.
  • DataCrazy, our customer service and relationship system.
  • Hotmart, Kiwify and Kirvano, our payment platforms.
  • Authorities, when required by law.

We only share data with the providers that help us operate, and only as much as necessary. We do not sell your data. Some of these providers store data outside Brazil, and that transfer follows what the LGPD allows.

5. How long we keep it

For as long as our relationship with you lasts and, after that, for the period required by law. Then the data is deleted or anonymized.

6. Security and cookies

Access to the data is restricted by permissions, and connections are encrypted.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It only stores in your browser the language and theme you choose.

7. Your rights

At any time you may request: confirmation that we process your data, access to it, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion, portability, information about who we share it with and withdrawal of consent.

To stop receiving offers on WhatsApp, just ask in the conversation or use WhatsApp's own option to stop receiving messages from the business.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated. The version in force is always the one on this page, with the date at the top.
